Restaurant L’atelier Joël Robuchon

L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon is now open at the Casino de Montréal, the biggest casino in Canada. The kitchens operate under the direction of Stéphane Galibert, who is supported by a team that is as passionate and attentive to detail as he is. Similarly to several the other concept restaurants, the décor was designed by Pierre-Yves Rochon.

The Casino restaurant is in a very singular location on Île Notre-Dame, a natural oasis at the heart of an urban landscape. In summer, the restaurant terrace provides a breathtaking setting, while in winter, snowy landscapes deliver a completely different experience. Île Notre-Dame holds special meaning for Montrealers, as it was the home of the 1967 World’s Fair.
